People often find peace in various ways whether it be through meditation and mindfulness, spiritual practices or something as simple as self-care. Self care in reference to actions taken to preserve or improve one's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

My work in the art environment is akin to the promotion of self-care. Through the fulfillment of expressing my feelings in illustration, I create a space for reflection and well-being. By turning on some music, decompressing, and creating, I bring joy and fulfillment to myself and others. My art challenges perceptions and embraces both physical and mental well-being, fostering a holistic approach to self-care
